Shonni Holmes, founder BIPOC Kids on the Block LLC is a mother of two, and former Theatre Artist and Educator from Los Angeles, CA.
BKOTB is a community-centered organization dedicated to facilitating free and low-cost meetups, workshops, and classes for youth of color and their families and allies. With nothing like it in her area, Shonni has built BKOTB, with the support of community partners, to provide BIPOC youth with activities and programs that celebrate the beauty of their diversity in inclusive safe spaces; while also creating a community for parents and caregivers navigating the unique challenges of raising children of color in the Seacoast.
Shonni's passion for bringing people together and experience leading young people has turned a seedling of an idea into a growing, thriving community resource and hub for cultural empowerment. Click the link below to see how BKOTB can support your BIPOC family.
