"What is BIPOC, anyway?" 

The acronym stands for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.  It promotes unity between communities of color; and while no group in this category is monolithic in appearance or experience, we do find common ground around being minoritized. 

And, thus, those are the people we STAND FOR.
